About Alaskans for Data Center Accountability
Alaskans for Data Center Accountability is a grassroots coalition supporting public education, community organizing, and meaningful public participation around proposed hyperscale data center development
The campaign is bringing together people from different regions, backgrounds, and political perspectives around a straightforward principle: before Alaska commits public land, electricity, water, infrastructure, or money to a hyperscale data center, Alaskans deserve clear information and a meaningful voice.

I am originally from Nebraska but the military and vanlife had me living in 5 different states prior to Alaska. I’m an advid traveler, visiting all 50 US states, 12 countries, and 62 national parks. In the end I choose to move to Alaska because of the endless outdoor activities, mountain views, and the chance to get back old ways of self reliance. Currently I’m a full-time artist & graphic designer having my work focus on nature and wildlife.
I am a huge advocate for protecting our environment and wildlife because I want to enjoy being around it for as long as I can and make sure it’s still there for younger generations.

I am a lifelong Alaskan resident and Lingít woman, and I love experiencing everything this beautiful land has to offer. I spend the warmer seasons fishing, foraging, hunting and working on my little log cabin. During the winter months you can find me hauling water for my livestock or taking long roadtrips around Alaska to take in the beauty of our snow covered mountains.
Our subsistence lifestyle is what drives me to protect our public lands, our waters, and our wildlife. Our state is wonderfully unique, and I am dedicated to protecting the way of life we hold so dear.

I was born and raised in Salcha, Alaska, and am a proud graduate of North Pole High School. My parents moved to Fairbanks in the 1970s to teach, and my mom still teaches special education today. I have traveled around the country, living in different cities in different states, and what that has taught me is how incredibly different and incredibly special Alaska is. I believe our most important job is to steward this land for the next generation. I was a local KTVF reporter and news anchor, and now own my own business. I became deeply invested in this mission after learning that my family home is next to a parcel of land being shopped out to AI Data Center investors.
