New Map Offers Interactive View of Hardrock Mining!

We are proud to introduce a new, comprehensive, interactive map showing all active hardrock exploration projects and operating mines in Alaska.  Unlike previous mining maps, this map shows only projects that have been active in the last two years, and provides links to valuable information about each project.  Current placer operations and exploration projects abandoned long ago do not appear, keeping the results limited to industrial-scale projects.  Best of all, it will be actively maintained and updated for years to come.
