National Conservation & Recreation Lands Service Day

Join the Northern Center, the Bureau of Land Management and the Conservations Lands Foundation for a day of outdoor public service in celebration of the National Conservation Lands' 15th Anniversary. BLM will provide materials for the construction of a rock bridge over the river on the trail to Mt. Prindle. Please come prepared to get your hands dirty and maintain our Fairbanks playground! Directions: Take the Steese Highway to mile 57, follow U.S. Creek Road for seven miles to Nome Creek Road. Four miles up the valley from the road junction is the Mount Prindle Campground.
