How to take part in the fun at NAEC in May!

Get Together with Staff/Board and other members! The next Board Meeting is August 8th, 2013 6:00pm - 7:00pm is open for guests.

Volunteer – Monday through Friday – just call Lori at 452-5021 to find an opportunity for you to help us out. We can’t do it without you!

1. Volunteer Committee Member - we need your ideas on our committees, to help out our hard working Board. Education, Finance, Facilities, Fundraising, and Issues. Email Lori and she'll invite you in to chat about this.

2. Please be a friend to the Northern Center. Like our Facebook page and suggest it to your friends.

3. Tell a friend about Membership at NAEC – we think everyone should be a member – have you signed up or renewed? It’s easy, just use the Donate Now button below.

4. Youth projects - please help with planning some really cool youth engagements projects we have in the works.

5. Poster hanger - we always need volunteers to hang posters around town for our events.

6. Volunteer to help with new education opportunities.

7. Bohemian Nights - Open Mic volunteers needed. We need people to help with set up, clean up, and to help at the donation table.

9 Things You Can Do to Help!

Web page design help - any media people out there?
Members to serve on our Issues Committee and Education Committee. Email lori@northern.org to learn more about these positions. Not as big of time commitment as being on our Board, but meaningful hands-on work with a great group of people.
Poster hanger - put up event posters around town when needed.
Event tabling assistant - greet attendees and help with set up.
Bake for Wilderness - add your name to our list of bakers for special events and weekly treats for the Center.
We need someone to help with a Member recruitment project - planning and assisting with a fun project to increase our outreach and membership to the Lower 48.
Have you heard of the awesome Borough-wide project, Don't Be Fuelish? We need two assistants to help with administrative and event planning work.
Media/Techie people - we need a skilled person to help with a Map project - sound exciting? Call Lori 452-5021 or lori@northern.org
We need a couple volunteers to help with Bohemian Nights - Open Mic in our backyard.
