· (C) Herb Roasted Chicken: A mist chicken breast coated with
a special blend of olive oil infused with fresh herbs and garlic.
· (S) Grilled Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce: Wild Alaskan Sockeye sockeye
grilled, served with a light lemon sauce and topped with capers.
· (V) Curried Vegetable Kebabs (Vegan): Assorted fresh vegetables skewered and marinated
in a curry and herb sauce, grilled over an open flame, served with saffron rice pilaf.
